PRODUCTION
PROCESS:
Squeeze and pressing of the grapes in the cellar. Eighteen hours
later the must is filtered to obtain a very slow fermentation. The fermentation
of the clean must takes place in the stainless steel tanks keeping the
temperature at 17 (Celsius) degrees, resulting in very fruity aromas.
Once fermentation is finished some decanting is done-in order to separate
the wine from its sediment from fermentation and then, the bottling,
two weeks later to preserve all its qualities.

11.5% by vol.
WINE
TASTING:
Pale straw-yellow color, with light green shades, confirming its
careful production process and its non-existent oxidation. Intense fruity
and fresh aroma, evoking bananas, peaches and citrus fruits. In the
mouth it feels intensely fresh with a buttery light finish. It is a
good combination with all kinds of appetizers, rice dishes and it is
almost indispensable with fish and shellfish. It should be served at
a temperature between 6 and 8 (Celsius) degrees.
