BRIGHT
VITICULTURE:
The Garnacha grapes used in the making of this Rose wine comes from
our associated vineyards.
MAKING:
The must is extracted using the static draining technique - or bleeding
- after 8-10 hours of maceration. The clean must is left to ferment
in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 170C (62.60F). After a
series of decantings, the wine is kept in the tank until it is finally
bottled.
TASTING:
Bright and lively raspberry red colour. Fruity aroma with wild fruits.
Fresh, soft, delicate and pleasant. Serve at 8-100C (46.4-500F).
Ideal for all types of courses, especially rice, pasta, fresh vegetables
and fish.
