Raspberry pink colour. Plentiful small bubbles, coming away elegantly to form the crown. Clean and forthright to the nose. Good structure to the palate, meaty, balanced, ample, powerful yet gentle. Good persistence of the natural gas originating from its own bottle fermentation.
