PRODUCTION
PROCESS:
After a rigorous selection of the basic Macabeo and Parellada wines,
a coupage is made of the best vintage wines. The second fermentation
takes place slowly within our cellar at a temperature of 16 (Celsius)
degrees followed by an aging process. Total aging time is around 44
months, which is needed to bring its best qualities.
ALCOHOL:
11.5% by vol.
WINE-TESTING:
Pink-currant color. Abundant bubbles of small size, elegant in its release,
ending in a crown shape, clean and delicate to the nose. Good structure
in the mouth, firm body, well-balanced. Good, natural, as the result
of its long bottle fermentation. It is ideal to drink with cookies and
sweet pastries & desserts.
