PRODUCTION
PROCESS:
After the selection of the best wines of each season, they are mixed
in order to obtain the best wine basis of the whole wine-cellar, which
later on are fermented and rest in the silence and semi-darkness of
the cellar during 36 long months.
ALCOHOL:
11.5% by vol.
WINE-TESTING:
Yellow-straw colored with light gold shades, bright and with fine
bubble of abundant and uniform release. Good crown shape and plentiful
of superficial froth. The aroma is delicate, clean and has an extended
finish. The taste is fresh with a splendid presence in the mouth, very
dry, but light to the palate. Ideal to drink with a wide variety of
foods.
