PRODUCTION
PROCESS:
This Brut Reserve is made starting from the best grapes of the Macabeo
and Parellada varieties. It will ferment in the bottle and will settle
for 33 months in the silence and the semi-darkness of the cava-cellar
at a temperature not higher than 18 (Celsius) degrees, isolated from
noises, vibrations and light which could hinder the slow and quiet fermentation
process of the yeasts.
ALCOHOL:
11.5% by vol.
WINE-TESTING:
Yellow-straw colored with gold shades, fine abundant bubbles in a vertical
and uniform release. The aroma is delicate, clean and fresh.
