A dance-of-the-seven-veils cava, lifted by wafts of eastern
spice, then offering apple flavors darkened by meaty, animal notes
unexpected in a CAva, and a twist of candied citrus peel at the
end. Torre Oria's vineyards are south of Penedes, in the region
of Utiel-Requena, which may account for the sultry exoticism at
play here. Delve into Spain's Moorish influences and serve this
with arroz con gambas.

Oak in the aroma and at the front of the palate yields to
bright, fresh apple fruit. The flavor of a ripe, red delicious
apple fills out the finish, the texture creamy, the final taste
lively and dry. Order a bottle with assorted Tapas, or with a
soft corn tortilla stuffed with Lomitos.

This light and clean cava has mild apple flavors touched by
a soft sweetness. The dry, nutty finish creates a bittersweet
