PRODUCTION
PROCESS:
Harvested by hand and carried to the winery in 18 Kg. boxes immediately
after cutting. Fermented in 30.000 liter oak tanks for 7 days at 25-28ºC
controlled temperature to dryness. Extended maceration for additional
10 to 14 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Stored in stainless steel
tanks for 8 months before bottling.
AGING:
2 to 5 years, but can be enjoyed now.

13.70% by vol.

TASTING:
Colour:
Intense violet-red.
Aroma:
Fresh red fruit like blueberries and raspberries,
with notes of spices and pepper.
Taste:
Tasty with a good character and structure. In
the mouth is fulfilling and persistent.
Serving Tº:
Serve between 15 º and 20º C.
