HARVEST:
Harvested by hand. Extended skin maceration. Fermented to dryness
in temperatures no greater than 24 C. Pneumatic pressed, and 100% malolactic
fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks and four months in French
barrels for stabilization and bottled.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Residual Sugar: 3.89
pH: 3.60
NOTES:
Rich red wine with an intense ruby color and fruit notes of plum,
berries and a subtle touch of vanilla. Smooth to the mouth and a complex
finish of fruits and spices makes it very tempting.
