HARVEST:
Harvested by hand. Extended skin maceration. Fermented to dryness for 20 days at 24-28 C controlled temperature. Pneumatic pressed, and 100% malolactic fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks and bottled.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Acidity: 4.72
Residual Sugar: 3.70
pH: 3.60

NOTES:
Rich and smooth wine of intense color with aromas of plums, cherries and hints of leather. Finishes with a sweet and spicy flavor.
