Hand harvested and made under strict temperature control. Pneumatic
pressed and a very smooth maceration. partial malolactic fermentation
in stainless steel tanks. Three (3) months in American oak barrels.

NOTES:
Glorious golden color. Rich aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple,
bananas, honey and flowers. Presence of smooth vanilla, very round intense
flavor and balance with notes of exotic fruits and hazelnut.
