100% Cabernet Sauvignon

HARVEST:
Hand harvested in the early morning in small bins of 20 kg. Fermentation in steel tanks of 30.000 lts. with selected leavenings during 10 days on temperature between 20 to 28 C. Prolonged maceration controlled by constant testing. Smooth pneumatic pressed. 100% Malolactic fermentation. Aged six(6) months in French and American oak barrels, stabilized and bottled.

NOTES:
Intense and perfumed wine with aromas of vanilla and a very pleasing smoke nose. Presence of red fruits and spices. Rich in tannins, deep in the mouth and very balanced acidity.
