HARVEST:
Hand harvested in the early morning in small bins of 3 kg. Fermentation
in steel tanks of 10.000 lts. with selected leavenings during 10 days
on temperature between 24 to 28 C. Prolonged maceration controlled by
constant testing. Smooth pneumatic pressed. 100% Malolactic fermentation.
Aged six(6) months in French and American oak barrels, stabilized and
bottled.

NOTES:
Rich and intense red color with fruit aromas and hints of dry leaves.
